Executive Presence Assessment

Transformative Executive Coach

Michelle Burns

Executive Presence is the ability to project confidence, authority, and professionalism in every interaction, and it is a skill that can be developed with practice. By focusing on building confidence, authenticity, personal power, character, composure, and engagement, you can establish yourself as an effective leader who inspires trust and respect. This assessment will help determine your level of Executive Presence.

IMPORTANT: Create three columns labeled "a," "b," and "c" on a sheet of paper. Your responses to the "a" questions will reveal areas where you should concentrate and enhance your abilities. The "b" questions pertain to areas where you are making progress, while the "c" questions are linked to executive presence and strengths you can continue to develop. Keep a tally of the number of "a," "b," and "c" answers you provide to determine your final score.

#1 How would you describe your personal character?
